We process PET film using various methods to create products that meet our customers' requirements. Paper jams, which can cause feeding troubles in office equipment, especially copiers, printers, and FAX machines, have been a challenge for manufacturers to address. Traditionally, bending processing of PET film has resulted in a very unstable finish with a tolerance range of 15° to 20° compared to stainless steel (SUS). However, with the automated processing equipment we have developed, we are now able to deliver products with an angle tolerance range of ±2° to ±5°.
