Our company performs bending processing by applying heat to the bending area, depending on the type and thickness of the resin. The lead time for prototypes is short, ranging from a few days to about a week. The application of heat during bending helps to suppress springback. Swako offers "thick OCA processing." Thick OCA sheets are used in products with high demands such as print step absorption, display panel warping followability, and impact resistance. The typical thickness of OCA is below 350μm, but processing OCA sheets thicker than 350μm tends to result in issues like adhesive overflow, leading to lower yield.
