Using a monolithic structure for the measuring body, the six components of force and torque are measured. The transducer employs a semiconductor strain gauge with excellent noise resistance.
The force/torque sensor system measures six components of force and torque (Fx, Fy, Fz, Tx, Ty, Tz) using a monolithic structure. The transducer employs semiconductor strain gauges that are highly resistant to noise. With the DAQ F/T, you can connect the transducer using an analog data acquisition (DAQ) device that corresponds to the bus of your computer (PCI, USB, PCMCIA, etc.), allowing you to easily read sensor data on your PC or robot controller equipped with the aforementioned bus. The controller F/T processes the strain gauge information and outputs force/torque data in both serial and analog formats. The controller features include coordinate transformation, peak value detection, bias setting, and general-purpose I/O.
