The BL list compliance device is a device that corrects positional errors during insertion tasks with robots and dedicated machines. The lock-up RCC device adds a mechanism to the conventional RCC device that locks the floating state using pneumatic pressure. By locking the compliance function of the RCC device while moving the robot or dedicated machine to the insertion position during the insertion task, it enables faster and higher acceleration operations, thereby reducing the tact time.

【Features】 ● Error correction in X, Y, Z, α, and θ directions It has a compliance function due to the rubber element. If it comes into contact with the chamfered part during insertion, it corrects errors in each direction. ● Lock-up mechanism A mechanism has been added to the conventional RCC device that allows locking and unlocking of the floating state using air pressure. Locking and unlocking can be selected by switching the air pressure. When moving, locking prevents lateral vibration caused by compliance.
