BL ThinNANO Sensor (Thin 6-Axis Force Sensor)
BL Thin NANO Sensor (Slim 6-Axis Force Sensor)
The BL force-torque sensor measures 3 components of force and 3 components of torque, for a total of 6 components. It uses semiconductor strain gauges, enabling high-precision measurements!
BL Thin NANO Sensor (thin 6-axis force sensing sensor) is a compact and slim transducer that outputs strain gauge signals as analog (6ch) information for three components of force (Fx, Fy, Fz) and three components of torque (Tx, Ty, Tz).

basic information
**Features** - A thin detection unit with a thickness of 12 mm. A Y-shaped beam is affixed with strain gauges to detect six components of force and torque. - Analog 6-channel output (*). The strain gauge data is output as an analog signal, allowing processing to match your control equipment. - Measurement 6-component force gauge. With its thin size, it can measure six components, making it suitable for applications coexisting with robot hands, actuators, and reducers. - One converter supports three types of rated loads. The converter can be configured to be used with two or three types of rated loads. (Optional configuration at the time of shipment from our company.) * This analog signal corresponds to the signals from the strain gauges affixed during detection and does not correspond to the components of each axis. The calculation for the six components should be performed using the individual calibration matrix of the ThinNANO sensor converter.
