BL NANO Sensor (Finger-type 6-axis force sensor)
BL NANO Sensor (Finger-type 6-axis force sensor)
The BL force and torque sensor measures 3 components of force and 3 components of torque, for a total of 6 components. Using semiconductor strain gauges, it enables high-precision measurements!
The BL NANO sensor (finger-type 6-axis force sensor) has a converter size of 18mm, making it suitable for attachment to the fingertip. It outputs strain gauge signals as analog (6 channels) information for 3 components of force (Fx, Fy, Fz) and 3 components of torque (Tx, Ty, Tz).

basic information
【Features】 ● Detection area with a diameter of 18mm (about the size of a one-yen coin) A Y-shaped beam is attached with six sets of strain gauges to detect six components of force and torque. ● Analog 6-channel output (Note) The strain gauge data is output as an analog signal, allowing processing to match your control equipment. ● Finger-shaped design By attaching a resin cap to the tip, it can be used for gripping control with multi-fingered hands. ● One converter supports three rated loads One converter can be configured to support two or three types of rated loads. (Options available at the time of shipment from our company) *Note: This analog signal corresponds to the signals from the strain gauges attached during detection and does not correspond to the components of each axis. Calculations for the six components should be performed using the individual calibration matrix of the NANO sensor converter.
