The BL force-torque sensor measures 3 components of force and 3 components of torque, for a total of 6 components. It uses semiconductor strain gauges, enabling high-precision measurements!
The BL MICRO sensor (compact 6-axis force sensor) is a small-sized (25mm) transducer that enhances torque characteristics and outputs strain gauge signals as analog (6ch) information for three components of force (Fx, Fy, Fz) and three components of torque (Tx, Ty, Tz).

basic information
**Features** - Detection area with a diameter of 25mm (size of a 500 yen coin) A Y-shaped beam with six sets of strain gauges is attached to detect six components of force and torque. - Increased rated torque capability Compared to conventional small force sensors, the rated torque value has been significantly increased. This allows for installation at the base of multi-fingered hands and similar applications. - Analog 6-channel output (Note) Strain gauge data is output as an analog signal, allowing for processing according to the customer's control equipment. - Shaft mounting plate (optional: -SA) By attaching an additional plate, mounting bolts can be tightened from the cylindrical side. Note: This analog signal corresponds to the signals from the strain gauges attached to the detection area and does not correspond to the components of each axis. The calculation for the six components should be performed using the individual calibration matrix of the MICRO sensor converter.
