The BL Quick Change Model: USP-100 (Thin Type Press Inter-Handling Specification) is a thin-shaped automatic exchange device for end effectors developed to accommodate high-speed transport of press parts. Its thin design allows for entry between molds in the press process, enabling attachment to the tip of a parallel moving arm. Even in presses with narrow openings, it can transport press parts without changing their orientation. (Japanese Patent No. 3717923)
