BL Quick Change Model: QCP-100 Press Inter-Handling Specification is an automatic end effector exchange device that supports tool exchange for press part suction in press inter-handling. For tool plates, we have made it easy to set ID confirmation and have included an optional connector-less electrical signal contact block with a cover that protects the block itself.

**Features** ● Body design considering press applications Allows for "vertical storage" of tools and plates, achieving space-saving for hand placement. ● Utility designed for press applications Standardly equipped with 8 pneumatic ports (Rc3/8) that can be used with negative pressure. Additionally, up to a total of 16 ports can be equipped with optional additions. A connector-less electrical signal block (R16A/B) for tool and plate is available as an option. By directly soldering the wiring, it eliminates connectors (plugs), preventing damage to wiring plugs during hand replacement. The soldered wiring section also allows for easy ID identification allocation. A metal cover is also equipped to protect the block body. ● Output signals from the attachment/detachment confirmation sensor can be allocated to the electrical signal contact block The output signals from the attachment/detachment confirmation sensor of the master plate (optional) can be allocated to two types of electrical signal contact blocks. ● Mechanical fail-safe mechanism Even if the supply of pneumatic pressure is stopped, the master plate and tool plate will not separate, as our unique attachment/detachment mechanism employs a mechanical fail-safe mechanism.
