Our specialty technology involves the design and manufacturing of various diamond tools such as cutting tools, reamers, end mills, cutters, drills, and wear-resistant parts using super hard materials and sintered diamonds (PCD) and CBN. We also accept regrinding of these tools starting from just one piece. Recently, we have introduced the Sodick AP450L oil wire-cutting machine, which, along with our existing 5-axis controlled electrical discharge machining, can be used for machining difficult-to-cut materials and precision molds. Additionally, we have partnered with a cooperating company to introduce the Trumpf L3050 for high-precision SUS clean cutting.
