Capping Overview Bottles supplied with temporary caps are cut out one by one in the cabin, and after being held by the rubber on both sides, capping is performed while holding the cap with a belt. If the tightening torque does not reach a certain torque, it will result in an error.

Compatible with various styles of caps! It accommodates various styles of caps such as crown, square, oval, spherical, pump, dispenser, trigger, twist, virgin, and child-proof without the need for parts replacement. Even delicate caps like crown caps will not be scratched. Caps that require high tightening torque, such as twist caps and trigger caps, are also capped stably.

Pump cap during capping. It grips the cap by wrapping it with the left and right belts and tightens it. By simply adjusting the spacing of the belts, it can accommodate caps from small to large without the need for part replacement.

CNK-306Si + Top Chain Conveyor Depending on the specifications, the bottle conveyor can be equipped with either a top chain or a commercially available belt conveyor. It can also be easily installed on your company's belt conveyor.
