The sample table comes out of the inspection chamber in a "front table method," making it easy for operators to set the workpieces and conduct inspections easily. 2. (Captured images can be written to DVD or CD.) 4. To prevent individual differences in quality checks, there are auxiliary functions such as "comparison inspection (always displaying good products)" and "standard confirmation (displaying defect standard images)." 5. High-volume inspections can switch to "automatic inspection mode," while low-volume inspections can switch to "manual mode" (the automatic inspection mode includes "sequential (judgment for each process) inspection" and "batch (judgment at the end of the process) inspection"). 6. Production management allows confirmation of "inspection quantity / good product quantity / defective product quantity." 7. Functions such as "two-point dimension measurement" and "profile display" are available.
