Recently, we have added a new model called "H2 BOX" (Hydrogen Box) to our lineup, which is a compact type of water electrolysis high-purity hydrogen-oxygen generation device (HHOG). Compared to conventional models, it achieves a 60% reduction in installation area and a 75% reduction in volume, all at a lower price, with sales starting in February 2013. The H2 BOX generates hydrogen at a rate of 1m³ per hour, with a hydrogen pressure of 0.7 MPa and a hydrogen purity of 99.999%, with a dew point of -70°C. The approximate dimensions of the device are 600W × 1,000D × 1,260H (in millimeters), and it weighs about 350 kg. The compact body also includes a pure water system that automatically controls the water supply from 0 to 100% according to hydrogen usage. Additionally, it is easy to start and stop, has extremely fast load tracking, and can be used with the same ease as a gas cylinder, maintaining the user-friendliness of conventional models.

A high-purity hydrogen generation device using solid polymer electrolyte membranes for the electrolysis of pure water. It is available in production capacities ranging from 1.0 Nm³ per hour to 60 Nm³ per hour, with hydrogen purity of 5N or higher. The pressure is below 0.9 MPa, which does not violate the High-Pressure Gas Safety Act. Since pure water is directly electrolyzed, it features easy maintenance and high hydrogen purity. This device is adopted for safely and easily supplying high-purity hydrogen gas in industrial fields such as semiconductors and metals, generator cooling in power plants, fuel cell research, hydrogen station applications, and other general research institutions.

Over 110 units have been successfully implemented both domestically and internationally for process gases such as those used in semiconductors, furnace gases for metal heat treatment, demonstration test gases for fuel cells, and cooling gases for generators in power plants. There are also more than 10 units successfully implemented overseas in Turkey, Vietnam, Indonesia, China, and the UAE. As an alternative to high-pressure hydrogen containers (cylinders, carders, loaders, etc.), it is not subject to high-pressure regulations, and the indirect cost reduction effects, such as cylinder inventory management, ordering operations, and purging during exchanges, have also been evaluated.
