■Features of the Device - Uses our patented jacket nozzle, allowing for precise temperature control up to the nozzle tip, with the nozzle descending into the container for filling operations. - Employs servo motors for the filling piston movement and vertical filling motion, enabling input of conditions via numerical values on a touch panel for reproducible production. - Measures the temperature of the ogive and capsule before filling, allowing for variable hot air temperature before filling, ensuring that filling occurs at the same temperature each time. - Pitch transport uses servo motors to quickly transport holders. Core processing hot air settings for temperature, airflow, time, and frequency can be configured via the touch panel. - The cooling tunnel is designed for temperatures down to -15°C, and when the desired cooling time is input on the touch panel, the conveyor speed adjusts accordingly, ensuring products are cooled and discharged on schedule.

We can produce not only lipstick ogive capsules and rubber mold back-filling molds but also bottle filling for lip gloss and other products. ■ Ogive Capsule Filling This method involves attaching a resin mold to the tip of the lipstick container and filling it through a hole on the back of the container, allowing for the production of lipsticks with designs that are difficult to achieve with molds. *Generally, the slim type is referred to as ogive, while the regular type is called capsule. ■ Rubber Mold Filling This method involves attaching a special silicone mold to the tip of the lipstick container and filling it through a hole on the back of the container, enabling the production of lipsticks with logos and various designs. ■ Back Filling Mold Filling This method is compatible with both slim and regular types, where the lipstick container is set upside down in a metal mold and filled through a hole on the back of the container. It combines the good thermal conductivity and release properties of metal with the drop strength of back filling, making it suitable for soft lipsticks and is our recommended filling molding method. ■ Direct Fill / Screw Lip Filling This method involves filling from the front (top) of the screw lip container. After filling, cooling and re-melting are repeated multiple times to achieve a flat finish on the product surface.
