The slurry filling molding line is a multifunctional machine capable of producing both back products and front products. ■ Slurry products (wet type) refer to A slurry-type cosmetic material created by mixing powders such as foundation and eyeshadow with solvents like IPA, ethanol, isoparaffin, and water, which is then filled into a tray in either single or multiple colors. The solvent is recovered via vacuum during the compression molding process, and after a drying process, the product is completed. ■ Features of slurry products - The product hardness is consistently finished. - It can mold powders with a very high amount of pearl material. - It allows for porous (sponge-like) molding, resulting in a smooth feeling and good usability. - There are no vertical burrs on the product sides, so there is almost no risk of burrs falling off during transportation. - By slurry-izing the powder, there is no dust scattering, resulting in a dust-free working environment. ■ Back (BIM) filling molding method The slurry is pressure-filled from the back of the container, and the solvent is recovered via vacuum through paper and cloth, followed by a finishing press. ■ Front filling molding method The slurry is quantitatively filled from the top of the container, and the solvent is recovered via vacuum through paper and cloth during the preliminary and finishing presses.
