■Features of the Device - With a compact machine size and fewer attachments for holders, it reduces mold change time. - Using an optional parts feeder allows for unmanned production. All processes that affect product quality can be controlled via a touch panel, allowing for condition selection, numerical input, and the ability to save and retrieve conditions. - The filling mechanism uses a servo motor, enabling pressurized filling (back) and volumetric filling (front) with a single pump. - The pressing mechanism uses a servo motor to control the positioning of the vacuum pad at high speed up to a certain point, then switches to torque control for pressing. - For preliminary pressing of front-filled products, a special vacuum pad is used to shape without contaminating the intermediate plate. (Patent pending) - The safety-enhanced explosion-proof specification increases the internal pressure within the control panel to prevent the entry of flammable gases. - It monitors air pressure and cuts off the power supply if the air pressure drops.

The slurry filling molding machine, specialized for slurry back (BIM) filling products, is a turntable type and has capabilities equivalent to line-type machines. It also supports single-color front filling for small-scale production. ■ What are slurry products (wet type)? Slurry cosmetic materials are created by mixing powders such as foundation and eyeshadow with solvents like IPA, ethanol, isoparaffin, and water. These are filled into a middle dish in either single or multiple colors, and during the compression molding process, the solvent is recovered via vacuum, followed by a drying process to produce the final product. The products have a good feel, consistent hardness, and can incorporate a high amount of pearl materials. ■ Features of back (BIM) filling: - Back filling is a pressurized filling method, resulting in minimal variation in product (filling amount, hardness) even with multiple colors and pieces. - Up to 6 colors can be simultaneously filled and molded in a single resin dish (if there are enough filling pumps, more than 6 colors are possible). - Since multiple colors can be filled simultaneously in one resin dish, costs for the middle dish, mold, and assembly work can be significantly reduced. - Three-dimensional shaping of about 5mm is possible (dome, pyramid, floral patterns, etc.). - Filling and molding can be done without dirtying the outer circumference of the middle dish.
