The MULTIVAC B series is an automatic conveyor-type chamber vacuum packaging machine that automatically performs the processes of transporting products to the chamber, vacuuming, sealing the bag opening, and discharging once the packaged products are set onto the conveyor belt. It is also referred to as a belt chamber packaging machine or chamber belt packaging machine. It accommodates the packaging of large and heavy items such as sputtering targets, electrostatic chucks, semiconductor-related products, large precision equipment, and machine parts. By employing a method that reduces the pressure throughout the entire chamber, it supports high moisture barrier packaging, dust-proof packaging, and rust-proof packaging using large aluminum bags and high barrier bags. Additionally, by streamlining the processes of transportation, vacuuming, sealing, and discharging in a unidirectional flow, it contributes to the reevaluation of lifting tasks and labor-saving in the packaging process. It also supports packaging tests with actual products, sample pack creation, material selection, and line proposals that include upstream and downstream processes.
