■Features of the Device - All processes that affect product quality can be selected and input via the touch panel, allowing for condition saving and retrieval. - A servo motor is used for torque control in compression molding, enabling free setting of press patterns from the touch panel. - The compression molding waveform is displayed on the monitor each time and can be viewed and analyzed on a computer using Excel from an SD card. - The supply of intermediate plates adopts a vacuum P&P method, reducing chocolate stops caused by plate jamming. - The two-piece handling of small items reduces variations in product weight and hardness due to the vacuum P&P method for intermediate plate supply. - To improve drop strength, adhesive application on the inner surface of the intermediate plate uses a silicone pad for adhesive transfer, preventing scattering of the adhesive and allowing for uniform application on the inner surface. - The parts feeder for intermediate plate supply is equipped with a sub-hopper, allowing for a buffer of approximately 3,000 intermediate plates for foundation use. Additionally, it features a soundproof cover to keep noise levels below 68 decibels. - The powder level in the hopper is monitored by a sensor, and when the powder level decreases, it is automatically supplied to the hopper from the feeder.
