It is a small, lightweight, low current consumption potentiometer with completely non-contact detection. There is no friction dust generated due to the non-contact nature.
"Sample available for loan" The MRP-510 is a magnetic non-contact rotary potentiometer that provides an analog voltage output proportional to the rotation angle of the magnetizing body, using a magnet with a permanent magnet installed inside a cylinder and a highly sensitive magnetic sensor placed between the magnetic field of that magnet.
