Air Pressure and Environmental Equipment Division: Methods for Removing Moisture and Oil
◆◇◆ Methods for Removing Moisture ◆◇◆ Air filters are generally used for moisture separation. There are six methods for removing moisture from compressed air, including other methods: ◆ Method using electrical force (refrigerated dryer) ◆ Method of separating moisture through centrifugal separation ◆ Method of separating moisture by impacting against collision plates (fibers), etc. ◆ Method of removing moisture using adsorbents ◆ Method of removing moisture by passing through hollow fiber membranes, etc. ◆ Method of separating moisture by exceeding the saturation point through high-pressure compression "The Water Remover" is a revolutionary drain separator that does not use any element filters. 《Special Collision Separation Method (Patent Obtained)》

basic information
◆◇◆ Removal of Moisture (Mist with Particle Diameter Less than 2 Microns) & Oil (Oil Mist) ◆◇◆ When it comes to moisture with a particle diameter of around 1 micron and oil (oil mist), it becomes very difficult to remove once it mixes with compressed air. Especially for removing tiny mist particles, a lighter specific gravity is required, so a fine-layered element (0.01 microns) oil removal filter is necessary. To remove particles such as mist, we collect and remove them through the following physical phenomena: a) Direct collision b) Inertial collision c) Adhesion d) Gravitational sedimentation Vaporized oil is removed using activated carbon (adsorption) filters or dedicated adsorbents as an additional measure. ◆ For more details, please contact us.

Our company, guided by our business principle of "Sincerity First," which is also the origin of our name, primarily focuses on the sale of domestic machine tools, centered around our group in Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore. Additionally, we import high-quality machine tools from overseas as a domestic point of contact. Furthermore, as a manufacturer, we support Japan's manufacturing industry with our "Compressed Air Purifiers," affectionately known as "Mizutori-kun," "Aburatorikun," and "Shitsukitorikun," which contribute to the cleaning of factory air.
