Ultra-precision coating die, nozzle, and peripheral devices
We manufacture high-precision, low-cost, and short-delivery products according to customer specifications by performing all processes in-house, from heat treatment to machining to ultra-precision mirror finishing, for multi-purpose coating dies, nozzles, and peripheral devices used in FPD, semiconductors, optics, and electronic component materials. We can finish materials with the same precision, regardless of whether they are magnetic or non-magnetic. Additionally, we have developed a die opening mechanism (PAT.3447987) that splits the die body into two on a frame. This mechanism significantly reduces the cleaning time inside the die and resolves the issue of potential scratches that could occur during removal and reinstallation, which was a problem in the past. We also accept overhauls of currently used dies and urgent repairs for scratches. (Grinding room operates 24 hours!)
