Achieving non-destructive, real-time, and efficient analysis for process management.
This analyzer does not use chemical reagents that can cause environmental pollution concerns associated with traditional analytical methods, as it employs a non-destructive analysis method using near-infrared light. The analyzer adopts a maintenance-free diffraction grating analysis method that is less affected by vibrations and external sound waves, allowing for stable use in your product manufacturing process. This analyzer requires no daily maintenance, and only periodic lamp replacement is needed to keep it operational.

basic information
The Guided Wave online near-infrared analyzer (NIR-O) accurately measures important properties and characteristics related to quality control in your product manufacturing process in real-time. This analyzer features a simple and efficient multi-point sample measurement system that connects sensors directly to the factory's piping and tanks, using a remote sensing method that links the analyzer body and measurement endpoint with optical fibers, without the need for special pretreatment. It can be expanded to up to 12 channels and is the ideal system for real-time quality control in your product manufacturing process.

Company information
Our company was established in September 1963 as a joint venture between JGC Corporation and UOP LLC in the United States, with the initial purpose of manufacturing and selling platinum catalysts used in petroleum refining equipment, as well as recovering platinum from used platinum catalysts. Subsequently, we introduced various technologies developed by UOP across a wide range of fields and began sales related to UOP's petroleum refining and petrochemical processes in 1969. In recent years, alongside the development of our own technologies, we have continuously responded to the demands of the times by providing technologies and products that enable more efficient use of limited petroleum resources, pollution prevention technologies such as air pollution control, automotive exhaust treatment catalysts, and environmental purification catalysts used for environmental improvement, all with the goal of creating a better living environment.
