● Ultra High Rigidity By using rollers with high rigidity and ensuring that the roller length (L) is at least 1.5 times the roller diameter (Dw), even higher rigidity is achieved. ● Four-Way Equal Load The roller rows are arranged at a contact angle of 45° to ensure that the load acting on the LM block is uniform in all four directions (radial, reverse radial, and lateral), providing high rigidity in every direction. ● Smooth Operation Preventing Skew The roller retainer ensures that the rollers are uniformly aligned and circulate, preventing skew (tilting of the rollers) when entering the block load area, resulting in minimal fluctuations in rolling resistance and stable, smooth operation. ● Long-Term Maintenance-Free The roller retainer eliminates mutual friction between rollers, and the grease pockets in the retainers between adjacent rollers hold the lubricant. During circulation, the necessary amount of lubricant is supplied to the contact surfaces between the retainer and rollers, achieving long-term maintenance-free operation.
