● Ultra High Rigidity The installation strength has been improved because the wide rail can be fixed with two rows of mounting bolts. Additionally, the wide distance (L) of the rolling surface in the width direction provides a strong structure against moment loads in the rolling direction (MC moment). High-rigidity rollers are used as rolling elements. ● Smooth Operation Due to Skew Prevention The roller retainer ensures that the rollers are uniformly aligned and circulate, preventing skew (roller tilt) when entering the block load area, resulting in minimal fluctuations in rolling resistance and stable, smooth operation. ● Equal Load in Four Directions The roller rows are arranged at a contact angle of 45° to ensure that the load acting on the LM block is uniform in four directions (radial, reverse radial, and lateral), providing high rigidity in all directions. ● Long-Term Maintenance-Free The roller retainer eliminates mutual friction between rollers, and the grease pockets in the retainers between adjacent rollers hold lubricating oil. During circulation, the necessary amount of lubricating oil is supplied to the contact surfaces between the retainer and the rollers, achieving long-term maintenance-free operation.
