● Vacuum In a vacuum environment, it is necessary to select products with excellent rust prevention capabilities due to the measures against gas emissions from resin and grease dispersion, as well as the inability to use rust preventive oil. ● Corrosion Resistance Similar to clean room conditions, corrosion resistance is improved through the choice of materials and surface treatments. ● High Speed In high-speed environments, it is essential to suppress heat generation during high-speed motion and to employ optimal lubrication methods that enhance grease retention. ● High Temperature In high-temperature environments, the impact of dimensional changes due to heat becomes a concern. High-temperature LM guides that are heat-resistant and have minimal dimensional changes after heating and cooling, along with high-temperature grease, are used. ● Low Temperature Measures against rust due to the effects of low-temperature resin parts, as well as grease that exhibits minimal rolling resistance variation at low temperatures, are employed to address temperature changes between room temperature and low temperatures. ● Micro Motion In cases of micro strokes, the oil film can break, leading to inadequate lubrication and early wear. In such situations, grease that has excellent oil film strength and is easy to form an oil film is selected.
