The dimensions of the inner and outer rings are minimized for compactness while achieving high rigidity, making them ideal for applications such as joints and swivels in industrial robots, swivel tables in machining centers, rotating parts of manipulators, precision rotary tables, medical devices, measuring instruments, and IC manufacturing equipment.

● Excellent rotational accuracy By using a spacer retainer between orthogonally arranged rollers, it prevents roller skew (tilting) and the increase in rotational torque caused by mutual friction between the rollers. Additionally, compared to conventional types using steel plate retainers, it does not experience roller misalignment or locking phenomena, allowing for stable rotational torque even under preloading conditions. Furthermore, by adjusting the bearing clearance and applying preload, high-precision rotational motion can be achieved. ● Easy handling The outer or inner ring, which is divided into two parts, is fixed in place after the rollers and spacer retainer are assembled, preventing separation and making handling during assembly easy. ● Skew prevention The spacer retainer eliminates mutual friction between the rollers and prevents roller skew (tilting), resulting in stable rotational torque.
