This is a frequency-variable controller developed by Daizen. In conventional controllers, it was often necessary to adjust the vibration on-site. The vibration of the parts feeder is influenced by differences in 50 and 60 Hz, as well as the rigidity of the installation location and resonance from surrounding parts feeders. By using a frequency-variable controller, it is possible to improve situations like the one mentioned above, where adjustments to the leaf spring were previously required, by fine-tuning the frequency, significantly reducing the adjustment labor on-site.
