A heater that generates hot air from a compact body and can be freely controlled, with a temperature range from room temperature to 800°C.
By selecting heater output according to five types of nozzle shapes and flow rates, it is possible to generate hot air freely. This can be used for various applications such as preheating/cooling during glass heating processing, heating heat shrink tubing, resin molding, deburring after molding, heating N2 gas, paint drying, adhesive curing, and as an alternative to burners. Additionally, by combining a thermocouple type with a dedicated temperature controller, highly accurate hot air heating can be achieved.

This is a compact design hot air heater that can freely control hot air from room temperature up to a maximum of 800°C. The biggest feature of this heater is its compactness. Since it allows for spot heating, there is no need for large equipment like a hot air furnace. Developed for compressor air, this heater makes air supply very easy compared to blowers. Additionally, it comes with a thermocouple, allowing it to maintain a constant temperature with our temperature controller. Compared to conventional hot air heaters, it has a quick startup and is a highly efficient heater with excellent response.
