basic information
The mechanical and thermal stresses acting on the sensor have been reduced by the front seal diaphragm. Additionally, the elimination of gaps during installation has decreased the dead volume, significantly lowering the surface pressure at the sealing area. By tightening the mounting screw M12x1 with a specified torque of 40 N·m, measurements can be taken across the entire measurement range. The measurement element uses a piezoelectric crystal, which provides high sensitivity, excellent stability, and minimal drift, while the machined diaphragm shape has been optimized. The structure is designed to be resistant to strain (patented), minimizing the impact of variations in tightening torque or changes in mounting conditions. Linearity is excellent at ≤±0.5%, and it boasts an extremely long lifespan and good long-term stability.
