A heat treatment furnace that allows for the hardening of precision machine parts, mold parts, tools, jigs, etc., in a short time and easily by anyone!
The heating chamber and oil tank are integrated into a fully sealed structure, allowing for oxidation-free quenching. Additionally, once the workpiece is inserted onto the furnace floor, the process automatically performs <slow heating> ⇒ <rapid cooling> until the quenching is complete, indicated by a buzzer. The heating program, created from a wealth of data, along with uniform heating, uniform cooling, and vertical quenching, achieves stable quenching with minimal distortion. Heat treatment of various small quantities and precision parts can be easily performed in-house, and it is also widely used in overseas factories.
