This is a high-precision temperature control valve using a wax-filled actuator. The actuator utilizes the powerful force generated by the expansion and contraction of the enclosed wax as it changes state between solid and liquid due to temperature. Since it operates without using electricity, it is maintenance-free and excels in reliability and energy efficiency. There are two types of operation: it opens (normal operation) and closes (reverse operation) when the set temperature is reached, and it can be selected from a wide variety of options. 【Features】 ■ Explosion-proof design that requires no electricity ■ Responds only to temperature, unaffected by fluid pressure ■ Operates with high temperature accuracy relative to the set temperature ■ Small operating temperature differential, with a deadband of 5.5°C (2.7°C for freeze prevention valves) ■ A variety of sensing methods available ■ Robust and long-lasting due to integrated structure (tight shut-off with SUS plug and PTFE sheet combination) ■ Fail-safe mechanism included * In the unlikely event of actuator damage, it operates to the safe side (valve open) due to a spring mechanism.
