The flexibility of the springs minimizes shocks and vibrations in dynamic applications while maintaining contact. The spring constant is very low, allowing for production at a required stress of 44.49g per mm. This enables designs for contacts that use delicate components and materials. The product is made with electroless nickel and is gold-plated to enhance conductivity.
