(USA) demonstrate high reliability in areas where issues arise with the repeatability of springs and stress due to tolerances, vibrations, and thermal expansion. The flexibility of the springs minimizes shocks and vibrations in dynamic applications while maintaining contact. The spring constant is very low, allowing for production at a required stress of 44.49g per mm. This enables designs for contacts that use delicate components and materials. The product is made with electroless nickel and is gold-plated to enhance conductivity.
