This is a high-strength stainless steel that can be manufactured up to a width of 1219mm. Unlike conventional stainless steel for springs, it has increased hardness through heat treatment, resulting in good flatness and a material without any peculiarities. It has about 2.5 times the strength compared to SUS304 CP, allowing for weight reduction and cost savings through thinner materials. Its good punchability also increases mold life. Please consult us once. Since the nickel content is lower than that of SUS304, it is a material less affected by the rising nickel prices.
