While material sales is our main business, we are eager to engage in development. If you have any questions about what we can do, please feel free to consult with us. Regarding metals, we will take on all challenges, including materials, molds, pressing, machining, heat treatment, surface treatment, etc. We obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification in June 2004.
Business Activities
We primarily engage in the sale of special steel (SK85, N63C, SAE1070, SUP6, etc.), stainless steel for springs (austenitic types SUS301, SUS304, precipitation hardening types SUS631, SUS632, etc.), and hardened steel, among others, in the Kansai region. Our headquarters (shearing factory) is located in Osaka, and our slitting factory is in Sanda City, Hyogo Prefecture, allowing us to serve customers throughout the Kinki region and the Chugoku region. We are also actively working on new materials and technologies. If you have any requests for materials for products requiring high strength, spring properties, and durability, please feel free to consult with us. We also stock unique steel grades from Nisshin Steel Co., Ltd., such as NSS431DP-2 and SUS632J1 (15-7PH). We can accommodate everything from sample shipments to mass production.
