- It has arc/linear interpolation functionality. The MC8043P performs arc/linear interpolation calculations using hardware within the MCX314As. By setting parameters such as endpoint coordinates, arc center coordinates, and speed, and simply writing the interpolation start command, interpolation drive can be initiated immediately. There is no need for setup time for calculations. Additionally, continuous interpolation can be performed by freely combining linear and arc interpolation without stopping the interpolation drive. - High-speed drive is possible. Each axis can achieve acceleration and deceleration drives of up to 4 Mpps. In arc/linear interpolation drives, interpolation drives of up to 4 Mpps are also possible. - In addition to S-curve acceleration and deceleration drives (trapezoidal drive), parabolic S-curve acceleration and deceleration drives are possible. S-curve acceleration and deceleration drives maintain a smooth S-curve even with a low number of output pulses.

Additionally, among the four axes, any two or three axes can be selected for 2-axis/3-axis linear interpolation, CW/CCW arc interpolation, and 2-axis/3-axis bit pattern interpolation (interpolation based on bit data from the CPU).
