The Roots blower has predominantly been of the two-lobe type since its inception, while the three-lobe type, despite being structurally recognized for its low noise, low vibration, and high efficiency, is difficult to manufacture. Only Anlet has succeeded in mass-producing high-precision, cost-effective rotors using a patented three-lobe rotor processing machine, becoming the first in Japan to achieve mass production. ● The three-lobe Roots type rotor and double helical casing result in very low noise and vibration, and energy savings have been achieved through the endless casing method. ● Clean air is obtained due to the absence of mixed oil, eliminating contamination of the atmosphere from oil mist dispersion. ● The rotor and shaft are integrated, and since there is no wear, the blower's performance remains unchanged over time, allowing for long-term continuous operation. ● High-speed operation is possible, and it is highly efficient.
