2020 Energy Conservation Grand Prize - Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises Award [Product/Business Category]
This product is an air Roots blower that dramatically enhances energy-saving performance, widely used in public water treatment processes and similar applications. As a volumetric blower manufacturer, we aimed to differentiate ourselves from competitors by focusing on compactness, low noise, and a thorough pursuit of energy efficiency. We achieved this through a unique impeller shape called "RiS-brid curve," which minimizes backflow from the non-contact rotational gap, along with high-precision processing technology and optimization of rotational speed. As a result, we have achieved the industry's top volumetric efficiency for Roots blowers and approximately 30% better energy-saving performance compared to equivalent models from other companies!

Company information
In the Industrial Division, we have a proven track record of delivering various products, including our highly regarded dry vacuum pumps, to numerous facilities and factories, including social infrastructure. Our unique design philosophy and advanced production technology have led to the development of the "DaiKo's unique screw shape (QueenBeeScrew)," which achieves the world's lowest operating speed. Due to its excellent exhaust performance, it has been widely adopted in the manufacturing processes of semiconductors, LCD panels, solar cells, and lithium-ion batteries, as well as in a wide range of industries such as freeze-drying in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and vacuum distillation in chemical production. For roots blowers, we offer a wide variety of models that can accommodate low to high pressure and air to special gases, backed by technical expertise and a staff system that can respond promptly to all customer requests. Our vision is "Challenge to the World's Highest Quality." The strength that forms the TAIKO brand lies in the balanced functioning of three elements: "Technology," "Quality Control," and "After-Sales Service." This means that we have the overall capability to consistently manufacture and supply good products while continuously supporting our customers.
