About the OLM type (overload stop mechanism) and M2 type OLM type (overload stop mechanism) (standard product) It stops when an overload is applied at any position within the stroke. Even at the stroke end, it mechanically applies an overload to switch the limit switch. If it stops due to an overload (when the OLM operates), the next movement will operate in the opposite direction to the one before stopping. M2 type (optional specification) *Depending on the usage, the M2 type may be the most suitable option. Each stroke end is equipped with a limit switch (LS1, LS2), and the limit switch on the side that reaches the stroke end is turned on (the switch contact becomes NO) and stops. Additionally, during the stroke, the contacts of both limit switches are NC (normally closed), allowing for repeated forward, stop, and reverse movements freely. The motor does not stop unless the stroke end is reached. The difference from the OLM type is that there is no stopping due to overload conditions.
