The Hallite piston seal 606 effectively provides sealing for bores in light and medium-duty applications. It covers most standard housings used in Europe, North America, and Asia. It is designed to interfere with the grooves of the seal housing. The outer dynamic lip is shorter and is designed more robustly to improve sealing performance and compression set characteristics compared to conventional symmetrical U-rings.
