Vacuum resin injection curing equipment
EPM-304, 308 (Vacuum Resin Injection Equipment)
By adopting our unique valve-less pump, we can precisely measure with a pump structure and NC control that allows for free adjustment of discharge volume and speed through piston drive!
The design and manufacturing of all equipment, including the injection machine body and the preheating and curing furnaces at both ends, is possible, and the adoption of a valveless ceramic pump results in low maintenance frequency and a long lifespan.

basic information
This is an automatic equipment that fills various sensors, general-purpose coils, and ignition coil insulation, as well as control devices with a two-component or one-component mixed curing resin after preheating, and continuously cures them in a curing furnace. 【Features】 ● Resin injection is performed under high vacuum, which helps to minimize the occurrence of voids. ● The two components of epoxy resin and urethane resin, the main agent and hardener, can be automatically degassed under vacuum before stirring and mixing. ● The loading and unloading of workpieces are done using pallets to minimize manual labor. ● It adopts a single-chamber system with an X-Y table, allowing for shorter takt times. ● The mixing ratio of the main agent and hardener of the resin can be changed arbitrarily, making it compatible with various types of epoxy and urethane resins. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.*

Our company is an engineering firm established in February 1994, fully funded by Toray Engineering Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Toray Industries, Inc.). We possess two core technologies: engineering expertise related to plants, equipment, and industrial machinery developed at Toray Engineering, and maintenance and equipment diagnostic technologies cultivated through experience and development within the Toray Group. We are engaged in businesses closely tied to the Chukyo region. One major pillar of our business is the maintenance operations for the five factories owned by Toray Industries, Inc. in the Chukyo region (Nagoya, Tokai, Aichi, Okazaki, and Gifu), which serves as a key element of our stable management foundation. The other pillar is our engineering business. We receive requests from companies in various fields, including the automotive industry, which is the central industry in the Tokai region, as well as chemicals, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and energy. We provide comprehensive services ranging from the construction of manufacturing lines and equipment, to planning, development, design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of performance evaluation and inspection devices. Moving forward, we aim to significantly develop this engineering business into a company that can thrive in Japan and globally.
