Our company is an engineering firm established in February 1994, fully funded by Toray Engineering Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Toray Industries, Inc.). We possess two core technologies: engineering expertise related to plants, equipment, and industrial machinery developed at Toray Engineering, and maintenance and equipment diagnostic technologies cultivated through experience and development within the Toray Group. We are engaged in businesses closely tied to the Chukyo region. One major pillar of our business is the maintenance operations for the five factories owned by Toray Industries, Inc. in the Chukyo region (Nagoya, Tokai, Aichi, Okazaki, and Gifu), which serves as a key element of our stable management foundation. The other pillar is our engineering business. We receive requests from companies in various fields, including the automotive industry, which is the central industry in the Tokai region, as well as chemicals, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and energy. We provide comprehensive services ranging from the construction of manufacturing lines and equipment, to planning, development, design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of performance evaluation and inspection devices.
