Centering Mecha Chuck
Centering Mecha Chuck Minimum part size 0.3 mm square! Maximum 1 m square glass substrate.
This is a centering mechanical chuck that can accurately position the intersection of the outer diagonal and the center of the part, regardless of the outer dimensions of the part!
A centering mechanism unit composed of a pulley, a wire, and a single spring is assembled with the necessary axes to achieve centering positioning. This method allows for precise positioning of the center of the component to be achieved "correctly," regardless of variations in the outer diameter of the parts. The expensive pattern recognition and NC control tables that were previously required for precise positioning using reference positioning methods are no longer necessary, enabling low-cost precise positioning.
