Centering assembly cell
This device is an easy-to-use assembly cell developed for the assembly of various small parts in small quantities. It sequentially picks up the parts to be assembled from a preliminary stage and positions them accurately at the center using a centering mechanical chuck, allowing for sequential assembly. By combining it with a microscope observation, dispenser, etc., automatic application of adhesives, pastes, and the like is also possible during operation.
