● This is a unit-type cleaning device that consolidates various functions necessary for cleaning and drying, such as ultrasonic, jet, hot air drying, barrel rotation type, and flat basket type, individually. ● It can use hydrocarbon-based and water-based cleaning agents. ● Depending on the required cleaning content, it can be freely combined with single-tank, multi-tank, and automatic transport systems to easily configure the optimal cleaning system. ● Each tank is equipped with a reserve tank, and the overflowed cleaning liquid is filtered. ● The ultrasonic frequency is set to a standard of 28 kHz 600W, with options for 900W and 1200W. Additionally, frequencies of 40 kHz can also be selected. ● By adopting sweep mode and fully automatic tracking mode for ultrasonic cleaning, the best oscillation can be automatically achieved regardless of changes in liquid depth, liquid temperature, type of liquid, or cleaning items, allowing for powerful and uniform cleaning. ● Furthermore, with oscillation output control, the cleaning can be variably adjusted from soft cleaning to powerful cleaning according to the workpiece.
