■Overview The Halogen Spot Heater HSH can achieve a maximum temperature of 500 to 1200°C with a heating time of 2 to 3 seconds, thanks to the combination of a halogen lamp and a special mirror. Additionally, the design of the mirror allows for changes in light distribution conditions (focal length, beam diameter). ■Features - A high-efficiency spot heater that combines a halogen lamp with a specially designed gold mirror. - By minimizing the spot diameter, it can heat up to a maximum of 1200°C (HSH-1, 2000W specification). - It was primarily developed for clean and uniform heating of metals and semiconductors. - It is also suitable for heating through glass. - It can be used for various heat treatments that require cleanliness and for preheating semiconductors. - It can be used for non-contact heating of samples in a vacuum chamber, drying after cleaning, and thermal strengthening. - Mirrors designed and manufactured for light distribution tailored to various applications are available.
