We are pleased to announce the release of the 5.0mm pitch IP67 compliant waterproof connector "FW Series" branching and relay type from KEL. The main feature of this series is that it achieves one of the smallest heights and lengths in the industry for waterproof connectors with a 5.0mm pitch. The newly released branching and relay type allows for efficient wiring inside the enclosure by branching the cables. It can be passed through a minimum diameter duct of φ32.6mm (for 4 poles), making it easy to check circuit systems in tight spaces. Additionally, the shape of the connector is designed for easy attachment to brackets or processed sheet metal, allowing for secure fastening with cable ties. The number of poles available is 2, 3, or 4, and the housing color can be chosen from two options: white and black. The color variations of white and black are intended for use in a wide range of markets, and when combined with the plug-side connector (FWP11, available in four colors: white, red, blue, and black), they enhance visibility during operation.
