Released a temperature data logger made of SUS316L for steam sterilization. It has a large capacity of 64,000 data points and is USB connection type.
The data logger 5396-0105 is a waterproof product (IP68) that measures temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C. The accuracy is ±0.25°C, and the resolution is 0.1°C. The body material is SUS316L, allowing it to be used at high temperatures, making it ideal for applications such as steam sterilization, refrigerated storage, chemical storage, and agriculture. For example, it can be used for steam sterilization at 121°C, 2 atmospheres, for 20 minutes. Additionally, it has passed the IP68 test, being submerged in water at a depth of 1.5 meters for 24 hours at room temperature. The body is a tubular structure made of SUS316L without moving parts, with one end featuring a connector for a USB cable to extract data, and the other end serving as a battery compartment. The data logger can start recording immediately by configuring the specifications through a USB port connected to a PC. It can store up to 64,000 recorded data points in non-volatile memory at intervals ranging from 2 seconds to 24 hours.
