We are releasing a machining case study of 【super hard alloy direct engraving】! We drilled a φ2, 90° tapered hole on the end face of a round bar made of super hard alloy, Sumitomo A1 (HRA91.4). This time, we used Union Tool's diamond-coated tools. Compared to the finish of electroplated tools, the surface is finished much more beautifully.
