This is a simple specification AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) specialized for basic functions, which can be introduced at a low cost. By using commercially available vinyl tape and RFID IC tags (Felica Lite-S), it is possible to easily and inexpensively lay out the travel course. The items to be transported are loaded onto a transport cart for travel. The maximum transport weight is approximately 50 kg, making it suitable for lightweight items. It is compact (approximately 400 mm in width) and highly maneuverable (with a minimum turning radius of about 500 mm), allowing it to operate in narrow aisles and limited spaces.
Since it can be installed by the user at the time of introduction, it can be set up quickly, and maintenance after introduction is minimal and hassle-free. It can be useful for improving the transport of lightweight items and simple transport tasks.
Additionally, by utilizing optional wireless functionality, it is possible to expand features such as operation instructions and management through wireless communication with a host PC. Customization is also available upon request.
