Born for mold cleaning! Safe granular plastic abrasive material.

"Sunblast" is a thermosetting plastic abrasive that opens up a variety of applications, from cleaning various molds and deburring precision parts to decontaminating nuclear power generation equipment. We offer a lineup that includes "Sunblast H," which has high hardness, heat resistance, and wear resistance, as well as "Sunblast L," which has lower hardness than Sunblast H and allows for softer processing. Both products use thermosetting recycled resins, demonstrating our commitment to the environment. Additionally, you can choose grades that suit your applications, and we can also manufacture custom products according to your requests. 【Features】 ■ Minimal mold drooping and wear ■ Extremely low damage to the base of molds ■ No damage to chrome plating ■ No wear on blast machine cabinets, nozzles, etc. ■ Good durability, allowing for cleaning without cooling the mold *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Resin Problem-Solving Case Study] Pigment Manufacturer S Corporation

The size of the mini pellets is generally around 1mm to 1.5mm, but smaller sizes are also possible!

We would like to introduce a case study to S Corporation, a pigment manufacturer, regarding the replacement of resin cryogenic micro-pulverization with mini pellets (micro pellets). The company, when producing high-concentration masterbatches, mixed pigments after cryogenically grinding the base resin to achieve finer particle size for better dispersion. However, cryogenic grinding resulted in larger lot sizes, necessitating the production of a certain quantity, which led to long-term inventory storage for some products. After consulting with us, they were able to achieve a particle size comparable to micro-pulverization by reducing the size of the pellets themselves. [Case Summary] ■ Challenges - Cryogenic grinding resulted in larger lot sizes, necessitating the production of a certain quantity, leading to long-term inventory storage for some products. ■ Results - By reducing the size of the pellets themselves, they were able to achieve a particle size comparable to micro-pulverization. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
